DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question as required by copyright law. In order to ensure fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the accused infringer. If your content was mistakenly removed, you can file a counter-notice that must include: identification of the content removed and its previous location, your contact details (name, address, phone, email), a sworn statement confirming that the removal was made in error, a declaration consenting to legal proceedings, and your signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal case.
